At Texas Tone Factory, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our Luthier.
This inspection Includes Cleaning and Refreshing all the parts of the instrument, Electronic, Pots, Switch, Jack, Frets And full Setup With low Action.
The Vox AC15 Custom Classic preserves the tone that made it a rock classic while adding updates to give it more flexibility and control. Master volume plus global reverb and tremolo controls have been added, while a rear panel impedance switch is provided to facilitate the use of extension speakers. It generates 15W of tube power to drive a 12" Vox speaker and delivers the warm, expressive tone of the original AC15. Tremolo and reverb are footswitchable.

However, please keep in mind when instruments are shipped, they can endure temperature changes as well as doing the "shipper shuffle" and therefore minor adjustments may be needed to set up the instrument to your personal preferences after receiving it.
