This vintage 1983 Ibanez Musician Bass features a rock-solid neck thru construction that offers unparalleled sustain and tone, and an active preamp that perfectly enhances the natural character of the bass. The Terada factory in Japan is well known for producing some of the best instruments of the period, and this bass is no exception. The neck is as straight as they come, and just oozes pure tone.
Sporting one of the earliest active preamps, this bass gets period correct 80’s bass sound. The pickups are essentially a P/J set on steroids, filtered by a 3 band EQ produces a sound that is both articulate and well-rounded.
This bass Sounds Gorgeous Great Mellow and Rounded Sound, Playability is Fantastic, condition is Very Good has a lot of Scratches Dents, Nothing Affects Sound or Playability, Fretboard is Perfect. is 100% original.
